Zach oversees daily production, coordinates teams, and ensures every piece meets the highest standards before it leaves the floor. With a deep understanding of materials, methods, and workflow, he keeps projects moving efficiently—balancing craftsmanship with deadlines to deliver exceptional results every time. His favorite pastime is getting outdoors with his kids and fishing for carp any chance he gets.
Madi is client relations lead for commercial and hospitality projects. She specializes in developing detailed project proposals that align design intent with budget and scope. Outside of the office Madi loves to spend time with her husband and three kids and can be found playing mahjong or baking sourdough.
Dana is the client relations lead for residential projects. He brings a proactive, solutions-focused approach to every project making the process efficient, collaborative, and easy to navigate. On the weekends you can find him spending time with his family and barbequing.
As the director of operations, Austin ensures timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met. With a deep understanding of workflow and logistics, he brings structure, efficiency, and accountability to every detail, keeping projects running seamlessly from start to finish. When he is not managing projects, Austin can be found playing pickleball.
Franz serves as our Assistant Production Manager and Procurement Manager, playing a critical role in keeping projects moving from concept to completion. He coordinates closely with the shop and vendors to source materials, manage purchasing, and support production scheduling with precision. Franz is well traveled and has a passion for exploring new places.
Jen is a dedicated accountant and brings precision and reliability to every account she handles. Known for her strong attention to detail and steady work ethic, she plays an important role in keeping the company’s finances running smoothly. Outside the office, Jen enjoys spending quality time and playing games with her kids.
