Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Upon return your item will be inspected and exchanges, credits or refunds will be issued for the purchase price only. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state and local laws. Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise. Return shipping and restocking fees will apply on regular returns. Damaged or defective pieces must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
We carefully inspect each item prior to shipment, and also require your inspection and signature upon delivery. Should you discover a defect in your furniture, however, please contact us at 602.559.4987 within 15 days. The dimensions of your furniture can be found on your invoice. Please ensure ordered pieces will fit through doors, down hallways, up stairwells, etc.
Custom orders are made just for you and begin production immediately upon order. Since they are built to your specifications, custom orders cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded at any time. A non-refundable 50% deposit must be received when the order is placed.
